Storytelling and Wellbeing Programme (4 Weeks) – Portballintrae/Bushmills – Week 1

NACN in partnership with The Glens Storytelling and Cultural Heritage Group is offering adult storytelling and wellbeing sessions in a range of beautiful, local, natural settings.  Participants will have the opportunity to connect with others in a safe outdoor environment maintaining social distancing as required.

Each session will last for 1.5 hours and will be led by a storyteller and qualified yoga/mindfulness teacher.  Activities will include story sharing, yoga and breathing exercises with mindful movement and walking.

Sessions are limited to 12 participants.  You can book as many sessions as you wish.

No prior yoga experience needed.  All activities are very gentle and no specific level of fitness is required.  However, participants need to be able to walk at a gentle pace for about a mile and be on your feet for a length of time.  A fold up seat can be brought along if this helps.

You also need to be prepared to be outside the whole length of time and dress accordingly, although indoor facilities will be available near each venue for more severe weather.
