SPRING – Calm The Mind Programme (6 Weeks) – Week 2

‘Calm the Mind’ journaling is designed to help those who are experiencing anxiety, stress and overwhelm. It includes specific journaling prompts, guided visualizations and mindfulness teachings in combination with the use of music and poems to add creativity to the process.
Workshop is on Zoom and open to all SPRING referral agents in the Northern Health Trust Area.
