Help make the Ballycastle area a safe place to talk about feelings and emotional well-being.
Community Listeners and friends are invited to attend a Mental Health Awareness Evening on Thursday 10th November in Ramoan Parish Centre, The Diamond, Ballycastle at 6.30pm.
This session will help give participants the knowledge and skills which can be used to maintain or regain good mental health.
