Take 5 Toolkits are being made available by NACN/CRUN SPDO for people & communities in the Ballymena, Ballymoney, Larne, Moyle & Coleraine areas to call & collect from NACN. Please contact claire@nacn.org in advance to arrange times and datesfor collection. The Take 5 steps to wellbeing (Connect, Keep learning, Be active, Take notice and Give) approach contributes to improving mental wellbeing in its fullest sense, so we commend this Take 5 steps to wellbeing Toolkit as a valuable ‘tool’ in the box that practitioners can use as they continue the sterling work in supporting and empowering individuals, families and communities. It outlines, demonstrates and provides resources based on evidence & is designed to increase awareness, knowledge and uptake of Take 5 steps to wellbeing in everyday life while at the same time contribute to increasing levels of wellbeing.
