To mark WMHD the Suicide Prevention Development Officers (SPDO’s) in the Northern Area are inviting people to take an hour out of their schedules and practice and explore self care by attending a 1 hour session entitled “Being Kind To Yourself During Difficult Times” on the 8th of October at 10am – 11am via ZOOM.
SPDO’s are also making Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing Bags available for collection from each Community Network during that week. Please contact the relevant Network specifying the number of bags required and to arrange a time and date to collect:
