Glens Men

Targeting men of all ages living across the Glens District Electoral Area to help reduce social isolation and to tackle issues linked to loneliness. The primary aim is to encourage men to leave their home, identify activities that incentivise mixing and to make firmer social connections with others across the wider rural community. Through the work of this project, NACN is connecting with harder to reach older men that are in need of support with respect to building their confidence or addressing concerns relating to depression or anxiety and social dysfunction.
