I provide functional breathing courses to reduce stress, anxiety, and improve sleep. These workshops are usually three hours long. I first assess all clients' current breathing patterns and then give exercises to improve them. I also provide all participants with handouts and access to a free app where they can track their improvement.
I'm qualified in several modalities of functional breathing, including being an instructor in both Buteyko breathing and the Oxygen Advantage. I have 41 years of experience as a martial arts coach, traveling internationally and working with some of the best breathing instructors in the world.
